The inauguration event is attended by various groups, including Parliament members, local self-government representatives, Supreme Councils of Adjara and Abkhazia, the Georgian government, constitutional bodies, and the Georgian Orthodox Church. The Honorary Chairman of the Georgian Dream party, Bidzina Ivanishvili, also attended the ceremony.
Important Note: The diplomatic corps was not invited to the event. Media representatives are allowed to cover the inauguration, but are not permitted to take photos or videos inside the Parliament building. They can monitor the ceremony via a screen in the media space set up in the Rustaveli Hall of Building B, and conduct interviews with participants.
