**Police Arrest 16 People During Tbilisi Rally**
The police arrested 16 people during a rally in the streets of Chavchavadze and Melikishvili avenues in the city of Tbilisi. The Ministry of Internal Affairs said that all 16 people are being held in an administrative manner.
Some of those detained have already been released. Three people were let go after signing a document, which is a common practice when someone is arrested but later released without charges.
The police called on rally participants to disband early this morning. They also tore down tents that had been set up by the protesters overnight. There was a physical confrontation between the protesters and the police during the incident.
