The Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has congratulated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze for the successful conduct of elections and the victory by the “Georgian Dream Party”.
In an appeal sent by the Iranian Embassy to Georgia, the President expressed his hope that these elections would be the beginning of a stronger relationship between the two nations and the development of regional cooperation.
“I want to congratulate you and the Georgians on the successful parliamentary election and the victory of Georgian Dream Party in these elections.
These elections, which are a manifestation of the will of Georgians, will hopefully be the beginning of progress and prosperity for the Georgians, the strengthening of relations between the two nations, and the development and cooperation between countries in the region.
In the letter sent to the Prime minister, it says: “I will ask the Lord for your health and success and that of the friendly Georgians”.
