A rally that started near the Central Election Commission (CEC) building in Tbilisi has ended. The marchers had walked along Agmashenebeli alley.
Politicians have asked people to stop protesting and gather at parliament tomorrow at 7pm.
The protest was called a failure by some, but participants say it showed that the government is weak. They will protest again tomorrow at 7pm.
“We will continue our protest,” said Giorgi Vashadze. “Let’s join the action announced by the civil sector.” He also criticized the CEC for not showing how people feel about a recent protocol signed by Kalandarishvili.
The rally tried to block Agmashenebeli alley, but police stopped them. There were some tense moments between police and protesters, and 3 people were arrested.
