**Young People from Georgia and Abroad Learn about Human Rights**
In the city of Telavi, a special school was held to teach young people about important laws. 50 students came from all over Georgia to attend.
People from other countries also joined in. Some were citizens of Ukraine, while others had fled Egypt as refugees. They all learned together with experts and officials from the United Nations (UN).
The course taught students about basic rights that are universal. These include how people should be treated under international law and what happens when these laws are broken.
Students also learned about the UN system and how it helps protect people’s rights, especially those of refugees. The goal was to educate young minds on their rights as citizens, workers, and individuals with freedom of speech and expression.
