The election administration has finished work on the unified voter list – the total number for the elections of October 26 is 3,508 294. Natia Ioseliani, spokesperson for the CEC, said that 3,113,747 people will use electronic voting technologies to participate in the elections.
According to her, this is the first year that 135,922 youths have the opportunity to vote.
“64 238 voters requested a transfer box from the election administration. The number of voters on special lists of precincts of elections created in other states is 95910.
Total 3,111 polling places will be available to voters. In Georgia, 3,044 districts were opened, including 13 districts that were created in exceptional circumstances. Of these, 12 districts are located in prisons and 1 in a mental hospital. Precincts were created in 67 cities across 42 countries.
The CEC website, mobile application, and the unified voter list were accessed by voters 1,311,773 and 29,277 time between the announcement of the election and the present.
After receiving the lists from the relevant agencies, said data were processed and divided according to electoral districts. The updated unified list of voters can be accessed by anyone on the official CEC website.
