**Kosovo Elections Proceed Smoothly, with Some Issues in North**
Voting is happening without major problems in Kosovo. However, some issues were reported in the northern part of the country. A reporter for N1 news said that not all polling stations opened on time.
Polling stations started working at 7:00 AM. Many people showed up to vote, especially in the municipalities of North Mitrovica and Zvecan. This was because a group called the Serbian List encouraged citizens to go together to vote.
**Long Lines in Some Areas**
In the municipality of Zvecan, there were long lines outside the building where voters who couldn’t get to their regular polling station could cast their ballots. This is allowed under Kosovo’s laws if someone can’t reach their designated voting place.
Some voters traveled from cities in central Serbia to vote. They used organized transportation and voted together in groups. In Zvecan, there were cases of mass voting, which is when many people vote together.
**Kosovo Police Present**
N1 reporters also saw Kosovo police at the polling station in Zvecan. Voting is expected to continue without major issues throughout the day.
