**Russian Attack on Shuttle Bus in Kherson Kills Three**
On December 1, a Russian attack struck a shuttle bus in the city of Kherson. The attack happened at 8:15 am local time and killed three people. Eight others were injured.
The bus was carrying 15 people when it was hit. Seven of those hurt were taken to hospital right away. A 70-year-old woman was brought to hospital later with serious injuries, including a broken leg and wounds from shrapnel.
**Kherson Under Fire**
The city of Kherson has been under attack by Russian forces since they were pushed back across the Dnipro River in November 2022. The river forms the border between Ukraine and Russia.
Russian troops have been firing at cities on the west bank, causing civilian deaths and damage to homes and infrastructure. This latest attack is another example of the harm caused by these actions.
