According to her, countries like the US can use a list created by Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and Ukraine’s authorities to determine who should be sanctioned. This list is based on a Georgian politician trying to hand over his country to Russia.

Bokuchava said that democratic states must act, rather than just making statements. She believes this will help speed up the process of imposing sanctions.
