EU Ministers to Discuss Georgia Tomorrow
The European Union‘s (EU) foreign ministers will meet in Brussels on December 16. The meeting starts at 10:00 AM local time.
At this meeting, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, will chair the discussion. This is the first time he has led the meeting.
During the conference, the EU foreign ministers will talk about recent events in Georgia. They will also discuss Russia’s actions against Ukraine. Additionally, they will look at the situation in the Middle East, including what happened recently in Syria and Lebanon.
The EU has shown its support for the people of Georgia and their desire to be part of Europe. On December 10, the EU spokesperson said that more measures might be taken regarding Georgia during this meeting.
