The Adventure 2022 festival will be held in Chiatura on September 16, 17, 18 and 19. Chiatura may be known as a mining city, or as a manganese-ore deposit, but it is so much more. Chiatura is home to ancient archaeological and cultural sites, karst caverns, temples and fortresses.
Adventure 2022 is the Chiatura adventure festival that will serve this purpose. With the initiative and financial backing of “Georgian Manganese“, the festival guests will be able to participate in various extreme sports during the three-day event.

Lake Mandaeti is a hidden gem in the beautiful nature that awaits all sailors. Mandaeti Lake will host a camping zone for up to 100 people.
Speleotourism enthusiasts and hikers will be able to visit the Dzudzuana Cave, where remains of the oldest thread found in the world, and the Kotia Cave, where a complete Paleolithic skeleton was discovered in the Caucasus. The hike will take 24 hours, and participants will camp inside the cave in sleeping bags. In the vicinity of Kotia Cave, a choreographic performance called “Dovin Doven Dovli”, will be performed. The trekkers will gather around a bonfire with torches as part of a show prepared by the project organizers.
Rock climbing is a combination of adrenaline, dexterity and endurance, speed and flexibility, physical strength and fun. The climbing route in Katsakhi Sveti village awaits you. Chiatura offers a 25-kilometer bike tour, the most thrilling high-line show and delicious food.
In the framework of this festival, there will be a presentation on the tourist potential of the city.
TAMADA will provide the musical accompaniment for the festival.
