**Attack on Transparency International Official**

* Giorgi Manvelidze, former chair of the Adjara Supreme Council faction and current deputy minister of finance and economy of Adjara
* Varlam Liparteliani, a judo athlete and illegitimate parliament member
The organization says this attack is not just an isolated incident. They claim it’s part of a long-standing campaign by the government to target them.
**Demand for Action**
Transparency International – Georgia demands that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor‘s Office take immediate action against the perpetrators. They want Dimitri Samkharadze, Giorgi Manvelidze, and others involved in the attack arrested promptly.
They also ask the Sheraton Hotel management to release video recordings of the incident, citing public interest.
