US Government Cuts Funding for War Crime Investigation in Ukraine

The US government has stopped funding a project that documents alleged Russian war crimes in Ukraine. The Humanitarian Lab (HRL) at Yale University had been tracking the mass deportation of Ukrainian to Russia.
