US Halts Military Aid to Ukraine, Polish PM Says
The Trump administration has stopped sending military aid to Ukraine. This was announced by Donald Tusk, the Prime Minister of Poland.
Tusk made this statement on March 4. He said that reports from the Polish border confirm this decision. The US had already sent some of this aid to Ukraine before halting it.
“This is not just talk,” Tusk said. “The situation is serious and requires immediate action.”
The US government did not consult with any of its NATO allies about stopping military aid to Ukraine. This move comes after a disagreement between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office last week.
Tusk called for full mobilization and concentration of efforts to resolve this situation. He urged the government to make decisions that require solidarity from all state agencies.
