Russia’s Attack on Ukraine Changes Strategy
Russia has started using a new way of attacking Ukraine. Instead of small attacks every day, they are now doing bigger attacks less often.
The latest attack happened in December. Russia launched around 270 missiles and drones at the same time. This was one of the biggest attacks since the war started. The goal was to hit important things like power plants and energy facilities.
Russia’s plan is to stockpile weapons between these big attacks. This means they are saving up their missiles and drones for a while, then using them all at once in a bigger attack. This new way of attacking has been happening since August.
The British Ministry of Defense said that Russia can still do small surprise attacks even when they’re not doing the big ones. But it looks like they’re trying to use their power more carefully now.
