**Ukraine Destroys Russian Flag at Border**
Yesterday, videos showed Russian troops planting a flag in a grey zone near the border in Ukraine’s Chernihiv Oblast. But now, Ukraine has struck back.
A drone video released by Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service shows the country‘s forces destroying the Russian flag on November 16. The service said that intelligence indicated the Russian sabotage group left the area before the destruction of the flag and did not dare to take further action.
**Russian Forces Foiled**
The statement from the border guard service dismissed Russian claims, saying they were just a psychological trick with no military meaning. This is another failed attempt by Russia to impose its “victories” on Ukraine.
**Ukraine Responds**
A spokesperson for the Border Service, Andrii Demchenko, denied that Russian forces entered the settlements of Hremiach and Muravi, as claimed by Russian bloggers. He said no major defensive was detected in the area and that additional Ukrainian forces have been deployed to fend off acts of sabotage from Russia.
