According to reports from Russian Telegram channel Polkovnik GSh, seven other Russian military personnel were killed alongside the deputy commander. They were likely brigade officers involved in unit management and issuing orders.
**Location of Command Post Identified**
Dnipro Osint’s terrain analysis identified the command post’s location as an abandoned civilian building in Lgov. The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ StratCom reported that the strike is part of a comprehensive campaign to weaken Russian forces‘ ability to coordinate military operations against Ukraine.
