**Ukraine Provides Evidence of Russian Energy Ceasefire Violations**
On April 3, Ukraine provided the US with evidence of Russia’s violations of the energy ceasefire. This was announced by Presidential Office Deputy Head Pavlo Palisa.
The ceasefire agreement between Ukraine, Russia, and the US covers energy infrastructure and the Black Sea. However, just two days after the agreement, President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russian forces of striking Kherson’s energy infrastructure.
**No Specific Targets Provided**
Palisa clarified that Ukraine had not provided Washington with a list of specific infrastructure targets that would constitute a ceasefire breach if attacked by Russia. He stated that “under no circumstances” are the coordinates or complete lists of critical infrastructure facilities given to anyone.
**Russia Denies Accusations**
Moscow denied the accusations, with Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov insisting that Russia had adhered to the agreement but reserves the right to abandon it if Ukraine violates the terms. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on April 1 that Moscow had sent a list of alleged Ukrainian ceasefire violations to the US, the UN, and OSCE.
**US Has Not Responded**
Washington has not yet publicly responded to the claims. Russia has repeatedly targeted Ukraine’s power grid since launching its full-scale invasion.
**Ukraine Fights Back**
Ukrainian air defenses shot down 28 of the 39 strike and decoy drones launched by Russia overnight, according to the Air Force.
