**Ukraine Reports 6,000+ Cases of Russian Chemical Attacks**
The Ukrainian government has recorded over 6,100 cases of Russia using hazardous chemicals in attacks since February 2023. The information was reported by the Foreign Ministry on February 14.
**Russia’s Use of Chemical Agents Increases**
Russia has been intensifying its use of chemical agents on the battlefield in Ukraine. Since the start of the war, Ukrainian intelligence units have been monitoring and recording the use of hazardous chemicals in attacks.
**International Community Must Act**
The use of chemical weapons by Russia is a clear violation of international law. According to the Foreign Ministry, Russia’s actions contravene Article 1 of the Chemical Weapons Convention. The ministry is calling on the international community to take action against Russia and hold them accountable for their actions.
**Russia’s Toll on Ukrainian Soldiers**
Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, more than 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been hospitalized with chemical poisoning. Tragically, three soldiers have died from these attacks. The use of chemical weapons has had a devastating impact on Ukraine and its people.
