The Ukrainian Defense Ministry has postponed the digital vote for members of the Public Anti-Corruption Council. This decision was made due to technical problems, including website instability and user authentication issues.

The online voting system experienced internal technical failures on December 26th. As a result, the vote was rescheduled for January 7th. The Defense Ministry is working to resolve these issues and ensure a smooth voting process.

The council was established in early 2023 following a scandal over food procurement contracts with unusually high prices. Its accomplishments include lobbying for supervisory boards, supporting the Prozorro public procurement system, and saving significant funds by accelerating the launch of the State Rear Operator. The council will form its second convocation after the delayed vote.
