Reports and videos show that some drones did reach their targets, despite claims by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Russian officials claim that Ukrainian unmanned aircraft (UAVs), allegedly targeted several “civilian enterprises” in Voronezh oblast and Belgorod oblast overnight.
In recent months, Ukraine has intensified drone attacks against Russia, focusing on military targets closer to the Ukrainian border. These strikes are intended to disrupt Russian military supply and operations, damage infrastructure, and increase the cost of war in Russia.
Alexander Gusev of Voronezh Oblast near Belgorod Oblast, which borders Ukraine, reported Ukrainian UAVs had attempted to attack several “civilian products” enterprises.
The Governor of Voronezh oblast in Russia reported that allegedly Ukrainian drones attacked enterprises that “produce civil products.”
Russian Telegram channels claim local distilleries have been targeted.

He said that one person had suffered shrapnel injuries to the arm, and that fire broke out in one floor of the targeted building.
Crimean Wind, a Telegram channel, claimed that drones targeted distilleries in Stary Oskol and Novokhopersky districts of Voronezh Oblast. These claims have not yet been independently verified.
The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that it intercepted ten drones during the night over Belgorod and Voronezh oblasts. Vyacheslav gladkov, the governor of Belgorod oblast, has yet to confirm any attacks within his jurisdiction.
