**New AI-Powered System for Drones**
A new system, called ZIR, has been developed to help drones automatically identify and target enemy assets. The system uses artificial intelligence (AI) to guide the drone to its target.
**What is the ZIR System?**
The ZIR system allows FPV (first-person view) drones to detect and engage infantry, tanks, and artillery with precision. It can independently identify enemy assets, unlike traditional computer vision systems in kamikaze drones.
**How Does it Work?**
The AI technology was trained using a database of different targets. The system can currently recognize seven types of targets: infantry, cars, minivans, trucks, air defense systems, artillery, armored vehicles, and tanks. It can also detect equipment hidden in forested areas.
**Key Features**
* Can detect multiple targets simultaneously
* Allows the operator to select which target to engage
* Can track moving objects at speeds of up to 60 kilometers per hour
* Target recognition range varies from 150 to 800 meters, depending on the target type
**Future Plans**
The manufacturer is also developing a system for interceptor drones. Although the software is already ready, a final product is still being developed.
