**Ukrainian Drones Destroy Ammunition Depot in Russia**
A Ukrainian drone attack has destroyed an ammunition depot at the Kadamovsky military training ground in Russia’s Rostov Oblast. The attack happened recently, according to a source in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
The source said that the ammunition depot was completely destroyed by drones operated by the SBU. The depot was used by Russian forces to supply their troops in the Kramatorsk sector in Donetsk Oblast.
“Now the Russians have significant logistical difficulties, which significantly affect their ability to conduct combat operations,” the source added.
This attack is the latest in a series of strikes on Rostov Oblast over the past week. Ukrainian drones targeted the city of Millerovo, which hosts a military airbase, overnight on December 24. Ukraine’s Navy and the SBU also carried out a combined strike against the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Rostov Oblast on December 19.
**Russia Faces Logistical Difficulties**
The destruction of the ammunition depot will make it difficult for Russian forces to supply their troops, making it harder for them to conduct combat operations. Russia has already faced significant challenges in the conflict with Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia launched more than 70 missiles and over 100 drones recently, but many of these were shot down by Ukrainian forces. He described this attack as part of a comprehensive campaign to weaken Russia’s ability to coordinate military operations against Ukraine.
**International Reactions**
The international community has condemned the Russian actions. Moldovan President Maia Sandu said that Moldova condemns these acts and stands in full solidarity with Ukraine.
