Overnight, attacked a Russian military base in , triggering multiple blasts at the storage site.
Ukraine’s General Staff announced Friday that Ukrainian forces had struck a key Russian logistical base in Bryansk, using to target ammunition warehouses. At least eight explosions were triggered, according to the General Staff.
The strike demonstrates Ukraine’s growing fleet domestically produced long range drones, developed to provide an alternative to Western weapons which are restricted from hitting Russian targets. These Ukrainian-made drones are capable of reaching targets up to 1,000 km away.
Overnight, Ukrainian drones targeted ammunition depots in a military facility located in the Bryansk region of Russia. The General Staff reported that “our drones successfully struck the 1060th Logistics Support Center – formerly the 120th Arsenal, of the Main Missile and Directorate (Russian )”.
Surveillance data revealed two separate ignition points as well as evidence of secondary detonations.
