At a press briefing in Kyiv, the Andrii Sbiha announced that Russia will be able produce 30% more artillery rounds than all EU members combined next year.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, if there’s no proper response, or prevention, Russia could produce 30% more artillery than all the countries in the European put together, he said, as reported by Ukrinform.
