According to the Center for Journalistic Investigations, Russian invaders tortured Volodymyr Zakabluk, a 45-year old resident of Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast to death.
The Russian military has made it a habit to terrorize civilians in occupied territories. The Russian military has established a network across Ukrainian territory of torture chambers. They also persecute civilians that speak Ukrainian, have Ukrainian passports and refuse to send children to Russian schools which brainwash them.
Friends of the man claimed that Russian forces brutally tortured Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Zaakabluk, born 1979, in Kakhovka. He died in early October 2024 from injuries sustained.
Zakabluk was employed by the local branch of the “Cargill” firm, which owns a Kakhovka oil extraction plant. He was registered from 2004 to 2008 as a private entrepreneur, providing transport services with a focus on trade. Currently, there are no other details about his death.
Seven locals were killed and nine others injured in an artillery attack by the Russians on Kherson’s central marketplace and a bombing of Zaporizhzhia residential areas.
