**Ukrainian Mother-Daughter Duo Write Book to Help Children in Need**
A Ukrainian mother and daughter have written a book with all the money going to help children affected by the war.
Anastasiia Larchenko, 43, and her 13-year-old daughter Lisa wrote “The Adventure in Headphones: Magic Land”. The story follows two boys who find headphones that give them information. Anastasiia came up with the idea, while Lisa drew the pictures.
**Helping Children Affected by War**
All the money made from selling the book will go to help children living near the front line in Ukraine. This includes rebuilding a school and creating a safe place for kids during attacks.
Anastasiia lost her home, job, and husband when she fled Kyiv with her family three years ago. She is now living in Moulton, near Northampton. Lisa was also scared at first but now feels happy and comfortable in England.
**A Source of Hope**
Writing the book has been a way for Anastasiia to cope with the difficulties they have faced. She hopes to write more stories that teach important life lessons. This is just the beginning of their writing journey together.
The full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces started three years ago, forcing millions of people from their homes. Anastasiia and Lisa’s story is a reminder of the importance of helping those affected by war.
