Olga Turkoglu, who moved to Guernsey in 2017, said that she and many others were holding out hope for a better future. Her voluntary work with Humanitarian Aid Guernsey gives her a sense of calm when she feels helpless. She believes that Ukraine’s people are its strongest asset.
