UN Women Georgia, working in partnership with the Human Resources Professionals Association, created a weekly certificate on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion to encourage a more diverse workplace. The project will bring together HR professionals from 25 different companies across the country.
The initiative aims to provide participants with the necessary skills for implementing inclusive policies, which will, in the end, promote equal opportunity in the marketplace.
The project will encourage organizations in Georgia take steps to achieve inclusivity and diversity at work.
