UN Women Georgia, in partnership the Norwegian Embassy in Tbilisi and Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry facilitated a workshop on Women’s Empowerment Principles. The session was aimed at newly incorporated companies. The program featured lively discussions and involved 22 representatives.
The seminar focused on practical strategies to promote gender equity, especially in the workplace, and highlighted the importance of inclusive work environments. The session highlighted companies that are particularly committed to WEPs’ mission and are taking measured measures toward a more egalitarian future.
UN Women Georgia shared this news on their social media platforms, and highlighted that more businesses are adopting these principles. The collaborative efforts are aimed at encouraging initiatives that operate on the basis of gender equality.
