**Documentary Series to Explore Life of Notorious Thief**
A new documentary series is being made about Olivera Ćirković, the former leader of the Pink Panther crime gang. The series, called Queen Panther, will tell her incredible story from sports star to fugitive and back.
Ćirković was a popular athlete in Greece and Yugoslavia before she joined the Pink Panthers. She quickly became a key figure in the group, known for being a brilliant thief and ruthless leader. But after a heist went wrong, she was arrested and sentenced to eight years in prison. During her second time in prison, Ćirković made a daring escape and became a fugitive.
The series will be filmed in Serbia and Greece, among other locations. United Media and MetFilm are producing the series.
