**Journalists Blocked from N1 TV Headquarters**
A group of people, including local government officials, blocked the entrance to N1 TV headquarters in Novi Sad. This action was strongly condemned by United Media.
The blockade stopped journalists and employees from doing their jobs. United Media said this is a direct attack on independent journalism. They believe it’s part of a campaign led by high-ranking government officials and media that opposes N1.
N1 has been reporting on student protests in Serbia. United Media thinks the government is pressuring them to stop reporting truthfully. They called on the police and other authorities to take action and allow N1 to continue operating normally.
United Media said it’s unacceptable for government officials to be involved in blocking a media outlet. They expect these officials to face consequences, as this would show that the government supports attacks on press freedom.
N1 will keep reporting truthfully and objectively, despite threats and attempts at censorship.
