**Russia-Ukraine War Updates: December 10, 2024**
The General Staff of Ukraine has reported on the current situation in the country as of December 10, 2024. This marks the 1,021st day since Russia’s large-scale invasion and the 3,938th day of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
**Enemy Activity**
Over the past day, there were 175 combat clashes between Ukrainian forces and Russian invaders. The enemy carried out 37 air strikes on Ukrainian positions and settlements, dropping 57 guided bombs. They also launched over 4,000 attacks, including 115 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 1,617 kamikaze drones.
**Key Areas**
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy launched six offensive actions in the areas of Glyboki and Vovchansk. In the Kupyansk direction, there were seven combat clashes, with Ukrainian forces repelling attacks in Lozova and Zagryzovo.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops stopped 14 enemy attacks, while in the Kramatorsk direction, two attempts by Russian invaders to advance near Chasiv Yar and Orikhivka were thwarted. In the Toretsk direction, the enemy launched eight attacks in various areas.
**Defensive Efforts**
Ukrainian defenders repelled 51 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction over the past day. The enemy is most active near Myrolyubivka, Lysivka, Promyen, Dachensky, Chumatsky, and Shevchenko. In the Kurakhiv direction, Ukrainian forces continued to restrain the enemy, with 40 attempts to break through the defense lines.
**Losses**
Over the past day, Russian invaders suffered significant losses, including 1,350 soldiers killed or wounded. Ukrainian forces also neutralized five tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, three artillery systems, 14 UAVs, 48 units of automobiles, and one unit of special equipment.

The estimated total combat losses for the enemy from February 24, 2022, to December 10, 2024, are:
