**Russia-Ukraine Conflict: Day 188 Update**
Today marks the 188th day of Russia’s large-scale armed aggression against Ukraine. Over the past day, 112 combat clashes were recorded.
The Russian invaders carried out a significant number of attacks on Ukrainian territory. They conducted 66 air strikes, dropped 91 guided aerial bombs, and used 2,436 kamikaze drones to strike targets. In addition, they launched 5,809 attacks on positions held by the Ukrainian military and settlements.
**Key Locations Hit**
The aggressor targeted several areas in Ukraine, including:
* Myropylske in the Sumy region
* Vovchanski Khutory in the Kharkiv region
* Hulyaipole in the Zaporizhia region
* Zelene Pole in the Donetsk region
**Ukrainian Forces Respond**
In response, Ukrainian forces struck a ground-based UAV control point, five areas of personnel concentration, two artillery systems, one radar, and one enemy electronic warfare station.
**Theaters of Conflict**
Multiple theaters of conflict saw significant action over the past day:
* Kharkiv direction: One combat clash occurred in the Glyboky area.
* Kupyansky direction: Four attacks by the invaders took place near Zagryzove and Hlushkivka.
* Lymansky direction: The enemy attacked eight times, attempting to advance near several settlements.
* Siversky direction: Three attacks on Ukrainian positions were reported in the area of Bilogorivka, Verkhnokamyanske, and Hryhorivka.
**Enemy Losses**
The Russian invaders suffered significant losses over the past day, with 1,180 people killed. Additionally, Ukrainian forces neutralized:
