**Day 1129 of Russia’s Aggression Against Ukraine**
The 29th day of March marked the start of another intense period in the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia. The Ukrainian defenders have once again thwarted the enemy’s attempts to break through their defenses, inflicting significant losses on the occupiers.
**Enemy Attacks Repelled**
Over the past day, the enemy launched a total of 209 clashes against Ukrainian positions. These attacks were concentrated in several key areas:
* In the Kharkiv direction, the invaders tried to breach the defensive lines six times.
* In the Kupyansk direction, there were 26 enemy attacks, which were successfully repelled by Ukrainian defenders.
* The Lyman direction saw 32 attacks from the enemy, but our soldiers held their ground.
* In other areas, such as Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions, the enemy’s attempts to break through were also foiled.
**Ukrainian Defense**
The Ukrainian forces have been actively countering the enemy’s advances. They hit 27 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, destroyed eight artillery systems, four air defense systems, and two unmanned aerial vehicle control points.
**Losses on Both Sides**
According to reports, over the past day, the Russian invaders suffered significant losses. A total of 1,860 Russian soldiers were neutralized by Ukrainian forces. Additionally, our soldiers destroyed 17 tanks, 61 armored combat vehicles, 122 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, an air defense system, and 144 unmanned aerial vehicles.
**Ukrainian Front Lines**
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their operation in the Kursk region. The enemy carried out 22 air strikes and 382 attacks, but our soldiers successfully repelled these attempts.
