**EU Must Do More for Georgia**
The European Parliament is working with the Georgian people, but more needs to be done. This was said by Urmas Paet, a member of the European Parliament from Estonia.
Paet thinks that other EU institutions and decision-makers should do more to help the Georgians. He mentioned the European Council, which is made up of all 27 EU countries. However, decisions in the European Council need to be agreed upon by all countries. Currently, two countries – Slovakia and Hungary – are blocking some decisions.
Paet suggested that the remaining 25 EU countries can act together and make the same decisions on their own. This would not be an official decision of the European Council, but it would still be a coordinated effort among many countries.
