The Vake–Saburtalo district commission building is surrounded by noise. The law enforcement officers refuse to allow the politicians and citizens who have gathered there to attend the meeting.
Ana Dolidze, one of the leaders of “Strong Georgia”, states that by law the session is open to the public and citizens are entitled to attend. However, law enforcement officers have “fortified “Kajeti Castle”, because they commit illegalities”.
“You are directly breaking the law. Let the people in. It’s a public proceeding and citizens have a right to attend. What protocol is to be summarized? They lost to Tbilisi. They lost the rigged election. Is this an agency of the state? The session is open to the public, administrative proceedings continue and citizens are required to attend. They fortified “Kajeti castle” because they were committing illegalities, said Ana Dolidze.
Today, all district commissions in Georgia have scheduled a meeting where they will write the summary minutes of the elections.
