We personally decide on the number of police officers and they are sometimes deployed according to need. The courthouse is open, the proceedings are in progress, and police officers will be present to prevent tensions from rising and to ensure the trial proceeds smoothly.
The law prohibits blocking courts and other strategic infrastructure and delaying the functioning of these facilities. If this happens, then the police will tell them to obey the laws,” said Vazha Sradze.
