US Condemns Police Violence Against Georgian Demonstrators
The US State Department has spoken out against the police’s use of force against protesters in Georgia. The department’s deputy spokesperson, Vedant Patel, said that the police used too much violence.
Patel also called on all groups involved to make sure the protests remain peaceful. This means they should not cause any trouble or harm to others.
