**Youth Assaulted with Baseball Bats in Novi Sad**
A disturbing video appeared on social media on Wednesday. It shows masked youths attacking teenagers with baseball bats in the city of Novi Sad.
The video, which was taken near a shopping mall called the Promenade, shows a group of 16-year-olds being attacked by several youths wearing black hoodies. The father of one of the attacked boys told N1 that the attackers were football supporters who have been targeting local teenagers.
This is not an isolated incident, according to the boy’s father. He said that the police are doing nothing about it and that his son and his friends are being targeted because they were headed to a sports event.
Two of the teenagers ended up in hospital after the attack.
The video was taken by a witness who has posted it on social media.
