According to Agence France Presse, Josep Borell, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security said this during an interview with Spanish public radio RNE.
“Whatever Orban says in Georgia, he doesn’t represent the European Union. Borel said that the president of the Union elected by rotation has no authority over foreign policy.
