The World Bank announced a $750-million package for on November 7.

In a statement, , World Bank’s country director for Eastern Europe said: “It is amazing to see that, despite the destruction that Ukraine has experienced during the third year, all state institutions are operating without disruptions and that key state services are being provided to citizens at full capacity.”
As the country moves ahead, it will be important to develop its capacity for a long-term development, prepare for European Union membership, manage public infrastructure and public finances efficiently, and enhance revenue management.
Denys Shmyhal, Ukrainian Prime Minister, welcomed the news via Telegram.
“We are grateful for the leadership of the World Bank, and our international partners, for this important support provided to Ukraine under the conditions of a full scale war unleashed from Russia,” he stated.
