**Ukraine‘s President Criticizes Slovak Leader**
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has spoken out against Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico. He said that Fico is playing a “very dangerous game” by opposing Ukraine.
Fico recently threatened to take action against Ukraine because it stopped sending Russian gas to the European Union. This move upset Fico, who wants good relations with Russia.
Zelensky talked about his conversation with Fico during a meeting of European leaders. He reminded Fico that he was shot and injured in 2024. Zelensky said that Fico should forgive others, just as people forgave him for being attacked.
Fico was shot by an attacker who is now on trial. Zelensky said that Putin is like the person who shot Fico – both hurt innocent people through their actions or words.
