**Ukraine’s eSuccess Program Receives 2.1 Million Applications on First Day**
Ukraine’s new financial aid program, eSuccess, received over 2.1 million applications on its first day of operation. This includes nearly half a million applications from children. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on December 1.
The assistance provided by the program is up to 1,000 hryvnias ($24) per person. It can be used for various necessities such as utilities, medicines, and education, or donated to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces through volunteer funds.
**Russian Attacks Continue**
Russia launched a total of 347 missiles and over 2,500 Shahed-type attack drones at Ukraine in November, President Zelensky said on December 1. This marks an increase in Russian aggression.
Additionally, Russia’s military lost 2,030 soldiers in one day in November, which is the highest rate of Russian losses in a single day since February 24, 2022.
**European Union Delivers Artillery Shells to Ukraine**
The European Union has delivered 1 million artillery shells to Ukraine. This fulfills the pledge made by the EU earlier this year.
**US Not Returning Nuclear Weapons to Ukraine**
The United States is not considering returning nuclear weapons to Ukraine. This decision was made despite Ukraine’s previous agreement to give up these weapons under the Budapest Memorandum.
