**Ukraine’s President Calls for Strong Response to Russian Strikes**

**Two Dead in Drone Attack**
A Russian drone attack on Kharkiv killed two people and injured 15 others on March 29. This was just one of several strikes carried out by Russia across Ukraine over the past day. In total, four people were killed and 30 were injured in these attacks.
**Zelensky: Strikes Undermine Diplomacy**
President Zelensky stated that the Russian strikes not only target Ukrainian civilians but also undermine international efforts to establish peace in Ukraine. He urged Russia’s allies to pressure Moscow into stopping its strikes against Ukraine.
**Pressure Needed**
The President emphasized that a significant response from the international community is needed to uphold the rules-based order and bring an end to the war. He specifically called on the US, Europe, and other countries to take action.
**Ceasefire Proposal**
The Ukrainian government has already agreed to a 30-day ceasefire proposed by the US, but Russia has refused to comply with this proposal. President Zelensky stated that pressure is needed for Russia to agree to a meaningful ceasefire.
