Russia launched an attack on Kropyvnytskyi in Kirovohrad Oblast overnight on March 20, injuring eight people. A new shipment of Western -16 fighter jets has arrived in Ukraine, and the European plans to supply Ukraine with at least 2 million shells annually.

**US Support**

The US is focused on achieving a lasting ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia, according to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. President Trump also agreed to provide additional air defense to protect Ukrainian civilians.
