**President Zelensky Visits Frontline Town**
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has visited the town of Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast. This area is just 6-7 kilometers from the front line and is a key logistics hub for Ukrainian forces.
Pokrovsk is at risk of being taken by Russian forces, which are moving forward in Donetsk Oblast. If the town falls, it could be a serious blow to other parts of the front line’s defense.
**Zelensky Shows Support**
President Zelensky visited the base of the 25th Airborne Brigade and gave awards to soldiers. He was accompanied by Donetsk Oblast Governor Vadym Filashkin, who called Pokrovsk “one of the hottest spots” on the front line.
Zelensky has visited critical sectors of the front line before, including now Russian-occupied Bakhmut and Avdiivka. His visit aims to boost morale among Ukrainian troops, who are struggling against a Russian advance.
