Ukrainian President has expressed concern over Russia’s alleged plans to attack three Ukrainian as winter approaches. During UN Security , Zelenskyy emphasized the seriousness of the situation, stating, “We are now entering the third winter of this war. Russia is once again attempting to destroy our energy infrastructure, and this time they are even more cynical by targeting our nuclear power plants. We have evidence to support this claim.”

Zelenskyy stressed the gravity of Russia’s potential actions, stating, “If Russia is willing to go to such lengths, it shows that they have no regard human life. This level of cynicism will continue if we allow them to do so.”

The Ukrainian leader previously revealed this information during an interview with ABC News, where he expressed concerns about Russia’s activities involving Ukrainian nuclear facilities. Zelenskyy accused Russia of using Chinese satellites to gather information and possibly prepare for strikes. “We have received information that Russia has been using Chinese satellites to take detailed photos of our nuclear facilities. Based on our experience, this could indicate a potential threat of strikes against these facilities,” Zelenskyy stated.

Zelenskyy did not specify whether the satellites were commercial or controlled by the Chinese government, but he plans to share this information with leaders at the UN General Assembly this week.

During the UN Security Council meeting, Zelenskyy also mentioned the Formula, which aims to protect the UN Charter. He extended invitations to China and for the second Peace Summit, with India having already been invited.

These developments come as Zelenskyy visits the to present his “Victory Plan” to and other key American political leaders. The plan, according to Zelenskyy, is aimed at strengthening Ukraine and forcing Russia into fair negotiations.
