**Russia Continues to Attack Ukraine**
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that Russia has launched over 730 attacks on Ukraine in just one week. This includes bombs, long-range drones, and missiles.
Zelenskyy detailed the attacks in a Telegram post, stating that Russian forces used more than 370 attack drones, 280 guided aerial bombs, and 80 missiles against Ukraine. He also expressed gratitude to Ukrainian defenders who protect civilians from daily attacks.
**Christmas Night Attack**
The President condemned Russia’s actions, saying that even on Christmas night, Russian forces launched a massive aerial attack. Zelenskyy praised international partners for their support in providing air defense systems to help protect lives and advance towards a “just and honest peace”.
**Infrastructure Targeted**
On December 25, Russia launched a major air assault targeting Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. More than 70 missiles and 100 explosive drones struck facilities that provide power, gas, heat, and water supplies. The attack resulted in severe damage to thermal power station equipment.
