Zurab Girchi Japaridze, one the leaders of the “Coalition for Change”, was questioned at the Tbilisi City Court in the presence a magistrate as part of an ongoing investigation into possible electoral fraud.
Japaridze, who spoke to the media before entering court, said that the Internet was full of evidence about how the elections had been stolen. If someone is truly interested in the investigation, it is not a problem.
“No, they are misleading not only me but others as well.” They will think about it and probably scare a few people, maybe even others. The internet is full of evidence about what happened during the election and how votes were stolen. It is not a big deal to investigate if someone is interested in the investigation. It is not a problem to track down this evidence. There was not a single article written about the events during the elections. We will see what happens next. “I will tell you the questions they ask me when i come out,” said Japaridze.
